1.Increase production and save energy: the output of the grinding system can increase by 30-50%, and unit energy consumption can be reduced by 5%-20%.
2.Improve quality and reduce costs: increased particle size range of 3-30mm increases the content, which helps to improve cement strength, increase slag content, and reduce the amount of clinker used.
3.Simple operation and convenient fine adjustment: the main motor and lubricating oil station can be remotely controlled. By adjusting the speed of the main motor, the fineness of the product can be changed. The particle distribution, air volume, and internal temperature of the material can be adjusted arbitrarily.
4.Large equipment processing capacity: there is very little fine powder residue in the returned coarse powder material, which means its specific performance curve is steep and the processing capacity is large.
