On April 7, under clear skies in Munich, Germany, the global construction machinery extravaganza—Bauma 2025—officially commenced. Sunward Intelligent made a grand appearance at Booth FN618/10, showcasing an impressive lineup of 25 high-end machines, including 12 exciting new products, nearly 50% of which are electric-powered. This diverse product matrix underscores Sunward's steadfast commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customized solutions for the European market.
By continuously expanding its earthmoving equipment, foundation construction solutions, aerial work platforms, and material handling product lines, Sunward Intelligent is redefining excellence in the construction machinery industry. So, what surprises has Sunward brought this year? Let’s dive into the vibrant exhibition scene.

Electric Machinery Takes Center Stage, Showcasing Pioneering Strength
Electrification is a key strategy for Sunward Intelligent, and its electric excavator series at Bauma 2025 highlights its forward-thinking approach to sustainable construction. The newly launched SWE10FE and SWE20FE models combine compact designs with powerful performance, offering zero emissions and ultra-low noise—making them ideal for urban and indoor projects. The 6-ton SWE60UFE features exceptional energy efficiency and fast-charging technology, while the 24-ton SWE240FE has undergone comprehensive upgrades, delivering modern aesthetics and performance breakthroughs to meet the demands of large-scale projects.
Sunward's sustainability commitment extends beyond excavators. The exhibition also features a full range of electric scissor lifts and boom lifts, further expanding its green equipment portfolio. A standout is the new SWA18JE-P, an all-electric rough-terrain boom lift equipped with lithium batteries, four-wheel drive, and oscillating axle technology—embodying the philosophy of "innovation-driven green development."
"Our electric equipment not only ensures high performance but also sets new benchmarks for sustainable solutions in the industry," said a representative from Sunward Europe. "These innovative machines reflect our unwavering commitment to building a greener future."

Customized Piling Equipment Debuts, Demonstrating Expertise
Tailored for high-end markets in Europe and the U.S., Sunward has developed the PRO Series Rotary Drilling Rigs, including the newly launched SWDM85SW, SWDM135S, and SWDM165S. With working depths ranging from 13 to 24 meters, these rigs prioritize precision, reliability, and efficiency, making them indispensable for infrastructure projects.
Additionally, all exhibited products are equipped with Sunward’s self-developed Sunward Cloud Platform, which leverages "smart IoT + cloud collaboration" to create a digital construction ecosystem, transforming project management from experience-driven to data-driven.

Earthmoving Equipment Matrix: Versatility on Full Display
Europe is a key market for Sunward’s excavators, and this year, the company presents 12 models covering 1-ton to 24-ton applications—from the agile SWE08F micro excavator to the robust SWE240FE.
Highlights include:
- SWE20F-1: Features a redesigned cabin for enhanced operator comfort.
- SWE155FW wheeled excavator: Excels in urban infrastructure and traffic projects with superior mobility.
- SWE25UF, SWE35UF, and SWE50UF: Offer excellent maneuverability in confined spaces.
- SWE90UF-2PB and SWE155UF-2PB: Provide reliable solutions for complex operations in tight areas.
The new SL06W and SL12W compact wheel loaders are versatile assistants for material handling and site leveling, while the SWL2830 skid-steer loader and SWTL4538 compact track loader impress with precision control, durability, and efficiency.

Aerial Work Platforms: A Showcase of Strength
Bauma 2025 marks the global debut of Sunward’s first Europe-customized telescopic handler, the SWTH3507, a milestone product with exceptional lifting performance and innovative design, ideal for demanding construction and industrial applications.
Complementing this are Sunward’s expanding scissor and boom lift series:
- SWSL0807DC and SWSL1412DC electric scissor lifts: Green solutions for urban and indoor projects.
- SWSL2023RT rough-terrain scissor lift: Ensures stability on challenging terrain.
- SWA18JE-P boom lift and SWA16JE: Demonstrate Sunward’s leadership in aerial equipment innovation with precise control and extended reach.

Global Expansion: Strengthening International Presence
Internationalization remains a core strategy for Sunward. During Bauma 2025, Chairman Fu Xiangdong led a delegation to Munich, conducting on-site research into international client needs and market trends.
On the first day, Fu Xiangdong met with leaders from the China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA), including President Su Zimeng, Secretary-General Wu Peiguo, Vice President Li Jianyou, and Honorary President Qi Jun, as well as clients from Europe and South America. The CCMA leaders praised Sunward for being among the first Chinese manufacturers to export excavators to Europe and recognized its innovation capabilities and global strategy.

Europe is a priority market for Sunward, where customers demand high versatility. To meet these expectations, Sunward continuously improves in R&D, service, and parts support.
From exporting its first excavators to Sweden in 2004, to debuting at Bauma in 2007, and establishing Sunward Europe in 2015, the company has achieved remarkable milestones. Today, Sunward boasts a pan-European dealer network with over 150 partners, supported by its Belgium-based headquarters in Tessenderlo, which features a demo area, training center, and large-scale parts warehouse.
Beyond Europe, Sunward is expanding in Africa, South America, and other regions, enhancing local subsidiary teams to deliver greater value. More "Sunward Green" machines will soon join global construction efforts.
