Official Rules: Sunward Global Job Site Photo Contest

1. ORGANIZER
This contest is organized by Sunward Equipment Group (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"), with its principal place of business at [Sunward Industrial Park, No.1335 Liangtang Road(E), Xingsha, Changsha, Hunan, China].

2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 00:00 (Beijing Time) on June 22, 2026, and ends at 23:59 (Beijing Time) on July 8, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). The Organizer's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

3. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to global distributors, end customers, and equipment operators of Sunward, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees of Sunward Group, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To participate, entrants must complete ALL of the following steps during the Submission Period (June 22 – June 28):

1. Post a high-resolution photo of Sunward equipment in a real working environment on your social media (Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn).

2. In the caption, clearly describe the machine model, shooting location, date, and project name.

3. Include the official hashtag #SunwardPhotoContest and tag the official account @SunwardGroup.

4. Simultaneously, send the original photo file (named after your social media account ID) to the official contest email: chenhua@sunward.cc.

IMPORTANT: Submission is FREE. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. SELECTION AND VOTING PROCESS

• Round 1 (Internal Screening): From June 29 to July 1, the Organizer will hold an internal judging meeting to select the top 20 entries based on creativity, composition, and relevance to the theme.

• Round 2 (Public Voting): From July 2 to July 8, the 20 finalist works will be published on a third-party voting platform. Links will be available on Sunward’s official Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages.

  • Each person may cast a maximum of 3 votes during the entire voting period.

  • The final ranking will be determined solely by the total number of public votes received.

6. PRIZES
The top 10 entries with the highest votes will win the following prizes:

Prize Substitution Policy: The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with an Amazon Gift Card of equivalent value if shipping the physical model is deemed impractical due to regional logistics restrictions or excessive shipping costs.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY
Winners will be announced on Sunward’s official social media channels on July 9, 2026. Winners must provide their valid shipping address and contact information to the Organizer within 3 days of the announcement. Prizes will be dispatched either via local subsidiaries or by international courier.

8. DATA PRIVACY (GDPR Compliance)
By entering this Contest, participants acknowledge that their personal data (including name, email address, social media ID, and shipping address) will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and delivering prizes.

• Legal Basis: The processing is based on the participant's explicit consent provided upon entry.

• Data Retention: Personal data will be deleted no later than 90 days after the final prize delivery, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

• Rights: Participants have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting chenhua@sunward.cc.

• No Data Sharing: The Organizer will not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your separate explicit consent.

9. IMAGE RIGHTS AND LICENSE
By submitting a photo, you grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, and display the photo on Sunward’s official websites, social media channels, and marketing materials for promotional purposes related to this Contest, with proper attribution to the photographer.

• Portrait Rights: If your photo includes identifiable individuals, you confirm that you have obtained their written consent for the use of their image as described herein.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIABILITY

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

• The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions of social media platforms.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sunward Group, its subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from or relating to their participation in this Contest or the acceptance/use of any prize.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This Contest is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Contest shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Changsha, Hunan Province, China.

12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner's consent to the Organizer's use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
