On one hand, excavators are impressive tools used to dig into the earth on construction sites. They have a long arm, which is called a boom, and in the end of it there’s a bucket that can pick up dirt and rocks. Depending on the size of wheel loader used, it can be a small machine that gets into tough spots and is very dexterous, or a straight up big-boi earthmoving machine that shifts dirt at an insane rate.
Excavators are really versatile machines that can be used for a ton of different jobs. They are able to cut trenches for pipelines, clear away trees and brush and even demolish old buildings. Mini excavators can pick and transfer heavy things to a different position. They are what I like to call the Swiss Army knife of construction!

One of the great things about excavators is how powerful and precise they are. They can dig deep into soil and scoop up easily. Excavators can also be operated with extraordinary sensitivity, which means construction workers can precisely position dirt and rocks exactly where they want them. This is what makes surveying equipment invaluable tools to get the job done right.

There's a big arm that moves up and down and side to side, known as the boom. The boom extends from the cab and holds the bucket, which is used to pick up dirt or other material. Excavators are bound with either steel or rubber-padded tracks to an undercarriage or wheels. Some medium excavator also has a cab where the operator sits to run the machine.

Excavators are revolutionizing the way things get built. They are doing construction faster, safer and smarter. Excavators offer the ability to move more dirt in less time than manual methods. This means buildings can rise faster, roads can be developed more quickly, and new projects can come online sooner. Excavators are indeed changing the way buildings are constructed and we see the world.
