Advancements in hydraulic performance
At the core of the SWE 08F's enhancements lies a refined hydraulic system. The hydraulic system has been reconfigured to include components from leading manufacturers.
Sunward has optimized the main valve spool and augmented the boom cylinder's diameter by 5mm, amplifying the precision and fluidity of operations. These improvements have been instrumental in augmenting the machine's manoeuvrability and the seamless coordination between the boom and bucket movements, which are particularly noticeable when operating at ground level.
A new priority throttle on the main valve's parallel oil circuit has been introduced, significantly enhancing control during the combined actions of arm raising and upper structure rotation.
Additionally, the SWE 08F boasts a 16% increase in breaking capability, achieved by directly routing the return oil from the breaking circuit into the hydraulic oil tank.
