Excavators are big machines that help to dig holes in dirt or even stone. A jackhammer excavator is a unique type of excavator which contains as an integral component a jackhammer. A jackhammer is an implement that employs a high power and rapid action to break up hard material such as rock or concrete. When paired with an excavator, workers can dig up to three times faster and in a third of the time.
The invention of the jackhammer breaker has greatly speeded up this process by making breaking through hard crusts so much easier and faster. Before the Small excavator were developed, workers had to break up hard materials with tools that involved separate and distinct breaking or hammering action, which process was both slow and tiring. Tough surfaces can now be ripped up in a fraction of the time with a jackhammer excavator.
When working with a jackhammer excavator, it is operated by a worker from inside a cab. The operator pulls levers and presses buttons to operate the excavator arm and drive the medium excavator .
